About Us
Meet Lou Campasano, PT, ATC
I started as an athletic trainer in 1999 and became a licensed physical therapist in 2002. For more than 20 years I've treated orthopedic and sports injuries, from post-op knees and shoulders to athletes working their way back to the field, the mat, or the court. I opened Bespoke because the insurance-driven model doesn't leave time to do this job right. Here, every session is one-on-one with me. I assess how you move, not just where it hurts, and build the plan around what you need to get back to.

Do you take insurance?
Bespoke is an out-of-network, cash-based practice, so insurance doesn't limit your visits or your time with your therapist. You'll get a superbill after each visit to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are usually accepted.
How long is a visit?
Most visits are a full hour, one-on-one with your physical therapist. Some treatments, like dry needling, are shorter. Group sessions are available on request.
Where are you located?
We're inside X-Zen Sports at 2435 E North St, Unit 1101, Greenville, SC 29615. Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 6pm and Friday 8am to 4pm. In-home and on-site concierge visits are also available around the Greenville area.
Do you offer in-home visits?
Yes. Concierge physical therapy brings the same one-on-one evaluation and treatment to your home, office, or gym in the Greenville area. It works well after surgery, for busy schedules, and for athletes who want to be treated where they train.
Who do you treat?
Athletes of all ages, from youth and combat sports to weekend competitors, and active adults recovering from surgery, injury, or pain that hasn't responded to generic programs.
