Recovering from surgery, a sprain that won't settle, or pain that has lasted for months? Rehab here starts by finding what's driving it, then loads you back up, step by step, until you trust the injured area again.
ACL, meniscus, rotator cuff, labrum, and joint replacements.
Sprains, strains, tendinopathy, and joint pain, including in-season injuries for combat and youth athletes.
Neck, back, hip, and shoulder pain that hasn't responded to generic programs, treated with manual therapy and targeted exercise.
I started as an athletic trainer in 1999 and became a licensed physical therapist in 2002. For more than 20 years I've treated orthopedic and sports injuries, from post-op knees and shoulders to athletes working their way back to the field, the mat, or the court. I opened Bespoke because the insurance-driven model doesn't leave time to do this job right. Here, every session is one-on-one with me. I assess how you move, not just where it hurts, and build the plan around what you need to get back to.

SFMA and FMS testing show the movement problem behind the symptom.

Dry needling, manual therapy, and targeted loading, chosen for your case.

Measurable goals at every phase, ending with a full return to your sport or activity.

Bespoke is a cash-based physical therapy practice inside X-Zen Sports on East North Street in Greenville. Every visit is about an hour, one-on-one with the same licensed physical therapist, Lou Campasano, PT, ATC. There are no aides, no double-booking, and no handing you off halfway through.
Lou has been a certified athletic trainer since 1999 and a physical therapist since 2002, and he holds certifications in dry needling, SFMA, and FMS Level 2. That background shapes how rehab works here: find what's driving the problem, treat it hands-on, and load you back up until you trust the injured area again.
Assess first. Your first visit includes a full evaluation with SFMA and FMS movement testing to find the cause, not just the sore spot.
Treat hands-on. Manual therapy, dry needling, and targeted exercise, chosen for your case.
Progress with a plan. Clear goals at every phase, an online program between visits, and a finish line that matches what you want to get back to.
Insurance-driven clinics often book several patients an hour and limit how many visits you get. Paying directly means your plan is set by what you need, and you get a full hour with your physical therapist. You'll receive a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
South Carolina allows you to see a physical therapist without a referral for an evaluation and a period of treatment. If you have questions about your situation, ask on your discovery call.
Most visits are about one hour, one-on-one. Some services, like dry needling on its own, are shorter.
Bespoke is out-of-network. You pay at the visit and get a superbill to submit to your insurer. HSA and FSA cards are usually accepted.
