Meet Lou Campasano, PT, ATC
I started as an athletic trainer in 1999 and became a licensed physical therapist in 2002. For more than 20 years I've treated orthopedic and sports injuries, from post-op knees and shoulders to athletes working their way back to the field, the mat, or the court. I opened Bespoke because the insurance-driven model doesn't leave time to do this job right. Here, every session is one-on-one with me. I assess how you move, not just where it hurts, and build the plan around what you need to get back to.

From Greer, Wade Hampton Boulevard (US-29) runs straight toward the clinic. In-home and on-site concierge visits are also available in Greer for busy schedules.

From Simpsonville and Mauldin, I-385 north is a direct route into Greenville. Concierge visits are also available in both towns, which helps after surgery when driving is limited.
Duncan
Duncan patients can take I-85 toward Greenville to reach the clinic, or book concierge visits at home or at their gym.
