I started as an athletic trainer in 1999 and became a licensed physical therapist in 2002. For more than 20 years I've treated orthopedic and sports injuries, from post-op knees and shoulders to athletes working their way back to the field, the mat, or the court. I opened Bespoke because the insurance-driven model doesn't leave time to do this job right. Here, every session is one-on-one with me. I assess how you move, not just where it hurts, and build the plan around what you need to get back to.

SFMA and FMS testing show the movement problem behind the symptom.

Dry needling, manual therapy, and targeted loading, chosen for your case.

Measurable goals at every phase, ending with a full return to your sport or activity.

Most training programs are written for an average athlete. Most injuries happen to real ones, with old ankle sprains, stiff hips, and a shoulder that never felt quite right after the last season. Performance training at Bespoke is built around how you actually move, so you get stronger, faster, and more powerful without breaking down along the way.
Programs are designed and coached one-on-one by Lou Campasano, PT, ATC. With more than 20 years as an athletic trainer and physical therapist, he knows both sides: what it takes to perform, and what happens when training outpaces the body.
Strength and power. Progressive lifting and power work matched to the demands of your sport, from jumping and sprinting to grappling and throwing.
Speed and change of direction. Acceleration, deceleration, and cutting mechanics, which are where many non-contact injuries happen.
Mobility and movement quality. Targeted work guided by your FMS results, so mobility drills fix your actual limits instead of filling time.
Load management. A plan that balances training, competition, and recovery so you peak when it counts.
You start with a movement screen and a conversation about your sport, schedule, and goals. From there you get either in-person sessions, a custom online program updated as you progress, or a mix of both.
A physical therapist and athletic trainer can spot movement problems and old injuries that raise your risk, and build them into your program. That matters most if you've been hurt before or are coming off rehab.
Yes, and it's one of the best times to start. Being cleared from rehab and being ready for full competition are not the same thing. Performance training closes that gap.
You get a custom program delivered online, with exercises, sets, and video demos. It's updated weekly based on your progress and feedback, for $200 a month.
Yes, including high school athletes. A parent or guardian is involved in planning, and programs are matched to the athlete's training age, not just their sport.
