The same one-on-one evaluation and treatment, brought to your home, office, or training facility anywhere in the Greenville area.
Start rehab at home when getting to a clinic is hard.
Treatment at your home or office, on your schedule.
Sessions at your gym, using the equipment and movements you train with.
I started as an athletic trainer in 1999 and became a licensed physical therapist in 2002. For more than 20 years I've treated orthopedic and sports injuries, from post-op knees and shoulders to athletes working their way back to the field, the mat, or the court. I opened Bespoke because the insurance-driven model doesn't leave time to do this job right. Here, every session is one-on-one with me. I assess how you move, not just where it hurts, and build the plan around what you need to get back to.

SFMA and FMS testing show the movement problem behind the symptom.

Dry needling, manual therapy, and targeted loading, chosen for your case.

Measurable goals at every phase, ending with a full return to your sport or activity.

Concierge physical therapy brings the same one-on-one care you'd get in the clinic to your home, office, or gym. No waiting room, no driving across town after surgery, and no rushing between patients. Every visit is with Lou Campasano, PT, ATC, a licensed physical therapist since 2002 with more than 20 years of orthopedic and sports rehab experience.
Concierge visits are available in Greenville, Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, and Duncan, SC. If you're nearby but outside those areas, ask on your discovery call.
Lou brings what's needed for evaluation and treatment, including manual therapy and dry needling when it's part of your plan. Visits are typically about an hour. Your exercises are built around the space and equipment you actually have, so you can keep progressing between visits, with an online program updated as you improve.
For most orthopedic and post-surgical cases, yes. What matters most is a good assessment, hands-on treatment, and the right progression of exercise, and all of that comes to you.
No. Lou brings what's needed, and your program is built around what you have.
Yes, as long as there's space to work. Gym sessions let us train the exact movements you do.
